- ISO 9001 Quality Management: Our course take you beyond the basics of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems (QMS) and into understanding Risk-based Thinking. ISO 19011 is a risk based guideline that focuses on leadership responsibility, management control implementation and enterprise integration. QSM trainings will guide you through the various risk assessment principles, the difference between quality and non-quality risks, reviewing existing risk registers and developing comprehensive risk registers for your organisation. It also allows you to develop a tailored strategy for your area of interest and steer clear from repetitive waste that comes from non-value adding activities which is commonly found in poorly managed organisations. This course has been designed with the aim of developing an understanding of the basics of a quality management system (QMS) approach, how it is relevant for an individual/organization and to give a hands-on view on how to implement ISO-9001 clause by clause. The objective is to make participants aware of their function within the organization in terms of quality and its value. The course is intended to enable the participants to understand and apply principles in order to meet the requirement of ISO-9001.
Marketing Analytics Forecasting Models with Excel: This course is aimed to provide an introduction to forecasting and sales/marketing analytics. It will cover the basic concepts and techniques of forecasting, data preparation and modelling, some tactics used in tackling different issues like seasonality and trend over time, as well as training on managing the performance of a sales team or business. This course introduces the basics of forecasting. After completing this course you will be able to build a basic predictive model and run Forecasting model in Excel using Sales data provided.
